Refund policy

Our policy is a non-refund policy. All purchases are final. There will be no refunds for items. If you need to exchange sizes you must pay for the shipping cost to send the item to our address and to ship it back to you. All exchange returns must be initiated within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to request an exchange of an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
